Return and refund policy

We want you to love your Dubai Drip Art order. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Eligible returns

You can return an item if it:

  • Arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or not as described.
  • Has a hidden fault that wasn’t obvious at purchase.
  • Doesn’t match the sample or photos shown.
  • Is unsuitable for the intended use you told us about before purchase.

You may also return within 15 days if you simply change your mind, provided the item is unused and in saleable condition.

Note (kits & consumables): Paints, glitters, and other consumables must be unopened to qualify for a change-of-mind return. Faulty items are always covered.

Ineligible returns

  • Items used, opened, or not in original packaging (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards, final-sale items (if labeled), or items returned without prior authorization.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at hellodubaidrip@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. If applicable, include photos of any damage/defect.
  3. We’ll issue a return authorization and arrange free pickup to the address on file.
  4. Keep the pickup receipt from the courier.

Exchanges

Want a different figurine/palette? Ask for an exchange in your email. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days (your bank/card may take additional time to post the credit).

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation: 1) check your bank/card statement, 2) contact your card issuer, then 3) email us.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order ID. We’ll replace missing parts/products or issue a refund as appropriate.

Order changes & cancellations

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll change or cancel it on request.
  • If it’s already with the courier, you may refuse delivery. We’ll process your refund after the package returns to our warehouse. Return shipping is free.

Warranty

All products include a 1-year manufacturing defects warranty. If a defect appears, contact us — we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
