Carriers: Leading domestic & international couriers (tracked). Signature may be required on delivery.
1) Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM GST (Mon–Thu) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM GST, or on Fridays, weekends, or UAE public holidays, process the next business day.
- If we foresee any delay, we’ll email you at the address provided at checkout.
2) Shipping Methods & Rates
Zone 1: United Arab Emirates (Domestic)

* “Next day” excludes Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. Free shipping thresholds apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Zone 2: GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain)
- Rate: AED 100 (≈ USD $27)
- Transit: 3–5 business days
- Free shipping: Not available for this zone
- Duties/Taxes: Shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) — any customs, duties, or import taxes are charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
3) Delivery Timeframes
Timeframes above begin once the order is handed to the carrier. External factors (weather, customs, carrier capacity, remote areas) can affect delivery.
4) Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track via the carrier’s site or your order status page.
5) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct (building/villa, apartment, and phone). DubaiDripArt™ isn’t responsible for deliveries to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
PO Boxes/Lockers: If your address is a PO Box or locker, delivery availability may vary by carrier. If in doubt, contact us before ordering.
6) Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties/taxes, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
- Lost: If your parcel hasn’t moved for several days past the ETA, contact the carrier with your tracking number and notify us— we’ll assist where possible.
- Delivered but not received: Once marked “Delivered,” liability transfers to the recipient. Check with household members/security/reception and your carrier.
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can file a claim and help you quickly.
8) Shipping Restrictions
Some items or destinations may have regulatory or carrier restrictions. Any limits will be noted on the product page or at checkout. We do not apply “remote area” or oversized surcharges unless displayed at checkout (if applicable).
9) Partial Shipments & Backorders
Occasionally we may ship items separately to speed delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment. Backordered items will ship as soon as they’re available.
10) Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate. Once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
