Welcome to Dubai Drip Art (“Dubai Drip Art”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing dubaidripart.ae (the “Site”) or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You confirm you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have parental consent for any minors using the Site.

3. Store platform & third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc.. We also use payment processors, shipping partners, analytics and advertising providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Products, prices & availability

• Prices are shown in AED. Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of applicable VAT in the UAE.
• We may change prices, product details, or availability at any time. Display errors may occur; we may cancel orders that result from obvious mistakes, with a full refund.
• Colors/finishes may vary slightly due to display settings and materials.

5. Shipping & fulfillment

• We ship from Dubai to the UAE (and selected regions where stated on the product/checkout).
• Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; actual times may vary.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or pickup handover.
• Any duties/taxes for non-UAE deliveries (if offered) are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Our return window and process are described in our Refund Policy. In short: you generally have 30 days after delivery to request a return, refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Faulty, damaged, or missing items are always covered.

7. Orders, billing & account

• We may limit or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, bulk/resale). We’ll contact you via the email/phone provided.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate contact and payment details.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with security, infringing IP rights, scraping, or engaging in unlawful, harmful, or abusive conduct.

9. User content & reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Dubai Drip Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, translate, publish and display such content in connection with our Services and marketing, in any media, subject to our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you don’t have rights to.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, product names) is owned by or licensed to Dubai Drip Art and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

11. Electronic communications & marketing

By using the Services, you consent to receive transactional emails (order updates, support). Promotional email/SMS is sent only with consent where required; you can opt-out via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

12. Warranties & disclaimers

Except as required by law, the Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubai Drip Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) that gave rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Dubai Drip Art harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., shortages, strikes, logistics disruptions, acts of God).

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Venue and jurisdiction shall be the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence will also apply where required.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Other legal terms

Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a right isn’t a waiver. Assignment. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganization.
